What personal data we process
Newsletter
When subscribing to the newsletter we process:
- E-mail address
- Date and time of subscription
- IP address (for consent verification)
Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
User account
When registering a user account we process:
- Username
- E-mail address
- Registration date
- IP address at login
Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Analytical cookies (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to analyse traffic. Anonymised data on visitor behaviour is collected (pages, time on site, traffic source). IP addresses are anonymised. Consent to analytical cookies can be withdrawn at any time in the cookie bar settings.

Technical cookies
Essential cookies ensuring basic website functionality (login, security, language settings). Processed without consent on the basis of legitimate interest.

You can request an overview of the personal data we process about you at any time.
You have the right to correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete personal data.
You can request deletion of your personal data. We will process the request within 30 days.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You have the right to receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Consent to processing (newsletter, cookies) can be withdrawn at any time without giving a reason.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the EU, contact your national data protection authority.
How to delete your account
You can delete your user account and all associated personal data in one of these ways:
- Self-service via your profile — log in, go to /user → Edit tab → Delete account section.
- By e-mail — write to us at info@ai-jarvis.eu with the subject "Account deletion". We will process the request within 30 days and confirm deletion.
After account deletion the following are permanently removed: login credentials, profile information and activity history. Content assigned to the account (comments) may be anonymised.
Newsletter unsubscribe
You can cancel newsletter subscription at any time:
- by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in every e-mail
- by sending a request to info@ai-jarvis.eu
Data security
All communication with the website takes place over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Data is stored on servers in the EU. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised persons only.
